Natural Resting Leg Syndrome (RLS) Remedy
RLS can cause a very restless sleep. People with RLS experience twitches and jerky movements in their legs when they get into bed for the night. My customers have told me these involuntary leg movements can keep them up all night and, to make it worse, are accompanied by itching and/or a creeping, crawling feeling up and down the legs.
