Ginger for Motion Sickness
Are you going on a cruise this summer? Taking a plane ride to your destination? Or perhaps a road trip cross country? Make sure you have ginger with you. Maybe you don’t get an upset stomach from motion sickness, but, chances are someone you will be traveling with will get sick. But, you will be ready.
We sell a lot of ginger in the summer months because of all the traveling people do. Travel for some people means nausea.
Ginger capsules are very convenient to travel with but ginger comes in other forms too. How about a cup of ginger tea to soothe a sour stomach? Chewing one of these delicious wafers will work faster than swallowing a ginger capsule which may take up to 20 minutes to relieve you of your motion sickness. Just remember to take a capsule 20 minutes before the start of your trip.
